The Inspiration
Most people don’t have to time to complete their work in time, spend time with their family and friends, and follow their passion. Thus, they fail to achieve happiness and success in life. With my book, I share my secrets on time management for professional success, work-life balance, and pursuing your passions based on personal experience and extensive research.
Let's Dive In
Time is the most precious resource in this world, and we must learn how to use each moment of our lives to realize our dreams, discover our full potential and live a very happy, contented, and fulfilled life. We first learn about time management goals and the importance of planning, risk management, the ‘divide and rule’ strategy and other tools of 'effective planning'.
Next, we learn the steps to develop skills and strategies for good decision-making. The book then teaches us how to work smart, say no, avoid distractions, and manage internal and external distractions to boost our efficiency. We further learn about managing failures and misfortunes in life, outsourcing and delegating work, and the art of mixing and matching the time with the task and the use of IT for best time management.
The book provides the best practices of time management like lifelong capacity building, professionalism and the need to administer the bitter pills to solve long-lasting problems and improve the organization's efficiency.
Finally, we learn about self-actualization to find the purpose of life, identify passion, and achieve full potential through discipline and commitment.
